Impact & contribution:

Credit analysis, decisioning, verification, monitoring throughout the credit lifecycle; the development of credit policy; or the implementation of credit strategies, including problem asset strategies; across the retail or corporate business


Roles & Responsibilities:



Review and analyse home loan applications against credit limits and frameworks. Apply your knowledge of Australian home loan lending processes and regulations. Support credit risk management initiatives by working with management teams. Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to assess and manage credit risks associated with home loan applications. Collaborate effectively within a team environment to meet deadlines. Communicate credit risk analysis results clearly and concisely. Participate in the development and implementation of credit risk assessment tools and processes. Work productively as part of a team or independently to meet deadlines; provides coaching to team members. Communicates results and analysis of credit risks to management and key internal stakeholders and actions those with the business unit. Communicate effectively with brokers and or lenders to ensure accurate documentation is completed for effective case movement.

Essential Skills:



Minimum of 2 years' experience in a related credit risk analysis or verification role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools. Working knowledge of Australian home loan lending principles and regulations.

Educational Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Accounting, or Business.
