We are looking to fill the position of an Analyst \xe2\x80\x93 Energy Storage Technologies who will be responsible for helping our clients with designing of low and medium Li ion battery packs, set up manufacturing and testing facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Performance evaluation of different cells from different suppliers
• Evaluate different battery pack designs for customers
• Convert client requirement into battery pack design
• Develop battery pack drawings on CREO or similar tools
• Develop test plans for performance evaluation of cells, BMS and battery packs
• Develop prototype from conceptualization stage
• Develop manufacturing plan as per the required design of the battery packs
• Evaluate thermal stability of designs and prototypes

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics is preferred
• Min 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Battery pack manufacturing, development, R&D
• Battery testing (Neware, Ador, etc.)
• Designing (CREO, CAD, etc.)
• Experience in developing battery packs preferably for 2W and Stationary applications
• Experience of working on design software
• Battery pack testing
• Attention to detail is essential
• The candidate should have excellent planning and time management skills
• The candidate must possess a scientific bent of mind and excellent analytical skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary for discussion with other team members as well as with clients.
• Experience in working on EV drive trains and designs
