Work you will do

Client satisfaction Tasks
This role will support the VoC (Voic of the Client) manager in the Nordics to successfully drive the programme. More specifically, the team member will support following activities:
Follows the service delivery approach laid down by the manager
Process SWIFT data in Excel and upload to Client feedback platform through FTP
Upload summaries through Nordics client Feedback platform
Update procedures and process-descriptions in the "VoC Master Guide"
Respond to inquires from users of the Client Feedback platform
Managing user accounts and access rights
Send predefined emails to internal stakeholders
Data analysis and visualisation
Check for consistency and accuracy of outputs and data files
Work on analysis tools like PPT/Excel to conduct analysis.
Client, Projects, and Team Management
Handle multiple Research & Analytics projects independently.
Consistently engage with the Deloitte practitioners/leaders (over IM, telephone, and email) to deliver error free deliverables, while managing the communication flow throughout.
Ensure all production is done in compliance with the process guidelines and client specific guidelines.
Coordinate with team members and ensure superior product quality and completion of ongoing projects within stipulated timelines.
Ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and protection of company's intellectual property.

Qualifications
------------------
Required
Science, Engineering, or Business graduate; PGDM or MBA from a premier B-School.
Strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities.
Extensive experience with Excel and quantitative data
Up to 3 years of relevant experience in Research & Analytics
Proficiency PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and survey development tools such as Confirmit are essential.
Experience of working with corporate brand guidelines and templates
Extensive experience with Excel and quantitative data
Ability to monitor and maintain data quality
Analysis of qualitative and quantitative data (nice to have)
PowerBI (nice to have)
Detail oriented
Good professional English proficiency
Excellent oral and written communication skills
