The

Analyst, Travel & Expense

will be based in

Hyderabad

We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

Here is a glimpse of what you will do:

Process employee expenses/invoices as per the standard operating procedures and meet the targets Payment processing Validating employee expenses as per policy. Resolve discrepant expenses/invoices as per the standard operating procedures Reporting activities - Generate and update the Employee/AP reports. Contact employee/vendors and confirm receipt of invoice/shipment. Employee/Vendor account reconciliation Passing rectification entries for the errors identified by internal QC team Reporting on weekly basis Reconciliation of Sub-module vs Trial balance Analyse data & come with his/her findings on automation opportunity.

Here is some of what you'll need (required):

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field or equivalent experience and training. Typically requires (1-3) years of related experience in travel & expenses. Working flexibility as per US time zone

Good written/oral communication skills in English Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP Systems Engagement with management of projects related to the unit Good analytical skills and should be a team player. Willingness to work in complex environment with strict deadlines on projects
