Depending on role and business needs, colleagues will either work onsite, in a hybrid model (combination of in-office and virtual days) or fully virtually. Roles and responsibilities :

  • This position is responsible with supporting the telecom infrastructure for TCPS team
  • This position will be supporting in monitoring of service levels of the phone processes
  • This position is responsible for processing Prepaid Plastic refunds for FIS issued single load and reloadable products
  • Reviewing refund claims entered in by Analysts to determine if refund info is valid and can be processed
  • Support research/refund of OCMO (Official Check and Money Order), TCC (Travelers Check Card), FSI, and Gold Coin
  • Manage and Monitor team mailbox emails for timeliness
  • Global Travel Card deceased customer refunds
Shift Hours
  • 24 / 7 environment
Qualifications:
  • Post Graduate / Graduate with 2 - 3 yrs. of experience
  • Takes personal accountability for achieving individual and shared goals. Good diversity skills - able to work in a multi-cultural, multi-lingual group
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills coupled with the ability to collaborate/influence within and outside the company
  • Ability to multi task providing seamless customer service
  • Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills with close attention to detail
  • Must have technical aptitude, and experience in a servicing and production environment
  • Language: English.
  • Minimum rating of G3L3 in last appraisal.
