Essential Job Functions:


Assist the Talent Acquisition team by actively participating in candidate sourcing and screening.

Support recruitment projects and initiatives, collaborating with team members.

Maintain organized and accurate recruitment records for analysis.

Contribute to the interview and assessment processes for candidates.

Stay informed about industry trends and emerging recruitment practices.

Assist in creating and implementing workforce planning strategies.

Participate in onboarding processes for new hires.

Show a willingness to learn and adapt to the role.

Basic Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Typically, 3+ years of relevant work experience in a recruitment support role

Proficiencies in using recruitment software, data analysis, and candidate engagement

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support talent acquisition strategies

Continuous learner who remains updated with industry knowledge and evolving recruitment technologies

Other Qualifications:


Progress toward advanced degrees or relevant certifications in Human Resources or data analysis is a plus
