Position Title:
Analyst Supply Chain Support

Position Summary:
This role will be responsible for commercial and Non-Commercial sample management for Europe and Global locations respectively and Supply analytics.

He/She will ensure Customer samples are available to replenish at third party site for Customers in Europe. Coordinate with regional Product managers and schedulers daily. The Non- Commercial sample workflow management is designed to ensure all necessary compliance screens, approvals and optimize audit records and that are getting proceeded before shipping/receiving and to ensure extended reporting capabilities and visibility on Global shipments of non-commercial samples also to streamline communication and standardize global process and Track and Trace ability. Also, the position will be responsible for maintaining consistency & accuracy of SAP daily operations data and generating daily reports/dashboard by understanding business requirements.

Key Tasks and Deliverables


Europe Customer Sample Inventory management.

  • Manage replenishing the stock at CMC Sampling warehouse in Waalwijk, NL via SAP data management.
  • Coordinating with the planners/ schedulers to ensure on-time availability at CMC for an uninterrupted sampling to customers to avoid delays for qualification/ testing/ trails at their end.
  • Closely work with the inside sales team to understand which sample orders are critical and keep the commercial team in the loop with an update on the status.
  • Share weekly updates on all open sample orders and actions to reduce span vs. requested delivery date.



Global \xe2\x80\x93 Non-commercial Sample Compliance workflow support

  • Coordination /alignment with Global Trade compliance on Trade Regulatory Compliance/ Logistics Departments on transport regulatory Compliance /Product Stewardship on product Regulatory Compliance for all Global Non- Commercial Samples
  • Proactively follow-up on time critical workflow request with the stakeholders & GTC
  • Data entry for non-ERP-based shipments in MS SharePoint
** Ad \xe2\x80\x98hoc - Customs Tariff-Code Requests (Classifier)
**Ad \xe2\x80\x98hoc - Entry of Sanctions Screening Requests (Export on Demand)
  • Enter all 3rd party Import-shipments of non-Commercials samples.



Supply Chain support activities.

  • Support in data analysis, report preparation and presentation as needed.
  • Participate in supply chain process improvements and other key initiatives as needed.
  • Responsible for effective collaboration and communication with team members.


Additional Details:

Continuous Improvement Initiatives.

  • Actively pursue continuous improvement opportunities resulting in improved data management and standardization of process.
  • Look at opportunities to improve similar processes in regional teams.
  • Collaborate with IT team and various teams for implementation of improvement ideas.



Minimum Qualifications

  • Commerce or Business Administration master\'s degree.
  • Min experience of 5 years International Logistics management, Trade compliance, Supply Chain
  • Expert in MS-Office and analytical reports.
  • Must be able to work independently and be able to function in a challenging team environment.
  • Must have good oral and written English communication skills
  • Ability to take responsibility and ownership on the tasks assigned.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Experienced user in SAP MRP/MM.
  • Customs & Export Control Compliance knowledge preferred.
  • Experience in the Manufacturing sector.
  • Associate degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Trade compliance.
