Olam Global Business Services (OGBS) is a captive unit that offers End to End business process and analytics solutions. At this moment, OGBS is located in City of Chennai, India and provides its services to over 20 countries. Job Summary

Individual performing this role should have knowledge in Freight Forwarding concepts, INCO Terms and experience in preparing Export Documentation [ submitting shipping instructions, BL Proofing, invoice vetting process, preparation of invoice and packing list. Basic knowledge of logistics activities [cargo movements via truckers, warehouse & trucker coordination].

Profile Description

• Should have 2 to 5 years experience in Exports/Imports activities and stock management.
• Should have experience in managing local delivery arrangements from warehouse keeper and warehouse stock management.
• Should have documentation knowledge of both Export & Import and be familiar with customs clearance process.
• Excellent computer literacy, particularly in MS Excel (familiarity with VLOOKUPs, pivot tables and basic excel formulas)
• Should have excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication, interpretation, and comprehension skills, proactive and enthusiastic, self-motivated, innovative, responsible, and flexible to work.
• Willingness to work from the office in different time zones including night shifts.
• Good experience and knowledge in SAP (MM, SD) module.
