Job Description

Purpose: To support seniors in the creation, updating, and structuring of financial models for AI data ingestion. You will learn to navigate financial statements, perform data hygiene checks, and assist in converting raw financial data into structured analytical outputs.
? Key Responsibilities:

• Learn & Execute: Undergo on the job training to understand financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and learn companies proprietary modelling standards.
• Data Structuring: Assist in tagging and categorizing financial models with specific metadata to prepare them for AI training.
• Model Maintenance: Update existing MS Excel models with historical data and industry- specific operating metrics under the guidance of senior mentors.
• Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous data checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and formatting alignment in all deliverables.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Lead Analysts to support larger engagement workflows and ad-hoc research tasks.

? Experience & Skills required:

• Education: Master's degree in finance, Commerce, or Economics (MBA/M.
• Com/MA). Candidates pursuing CFA (Level 2 or 3) or other financial certifications are preferred.
• Experience: 1+ year of experience.

? Technical Skills:

• Basic proficiency in MS Excel is a must (familiarity with standard formulas and formatting).
• Theoretical understanding of the three financial statements and basic accounting concepts is a prerequisite.
