Responsibilities Analyze and interpret complex data sets to uncover insights and trends that drive business decision-making Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and statistical analyses to solve business problems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and design effective data solutions Utilize data visualization tools to present findings and recommendations in a clear and compelling manner Stay up-to-date with the latest data science techniques, tools, and technologies, and apply them to enhance the organization's data capabilities Contribute to the development and implementation of LCS models and strategies to optimize business performanceRequirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline Demonstrated experience in data analysis, data modeling, and the application of statistical and machine learning techniques Proficiency in using data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights Good communication and presentation skills to effectively convey findings and recommendations to stakeholders Preferred- Experience in developing and implementing LCS models and strategies to drive business performance
