Analyst / Senior Analyst - Transaction Operations - 4+ Years - Mumbai/Pune/Bangalore
Are you an experienced professional with at least 4 years in mortgage or banking administration (with global exposure), insurance operations (global exposure), or contract management? We are seeking a results-driven individual with proven expertise in managing complex financial and insurance transactions, trust and collateral processes, and regulatory compliance. If you are detail-oriented, client-focused, and excel at stakeholder management and communication, this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities * Manage day-to-day operations in banking administration, insurance operations, or contract management with a focus on global exposure.

• Handle complex financial or insurance transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
• Draft, review, execute, and maintain contracts or agreements, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Implement process improvements, standardize operations, and enhance reporting for better efficiency and transparency.
• Provide support and guidance to junior team members while maintaining high-quality client service and prompt resolution of issues.

Requirements * Minimum 4 years of experience in banking administration, insurance operations, or contract management with global exposure.

• Finance graduates preferred; candidates with any graduate degree will also be considered.
• Strong understanding of complex financial/insurance transactions, trust or collateral processes, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, client-focused, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams
