Opening for Analyst / Senior Analyst (Loan IQ) leading MNC in Chennai
Profile- Analyst/Senior Analyst
Exp-3+ Years (Min 2 year relevant)
CTC- 7.5L
Location- Chennai
Notice Period- Immediate Only
Shift- US Shift
Skills Required
Responsible for processing Loan lifecycle events such as Billing,Rollover,Rate setting,Funding,Increase/decrease, Paydowns,Commitment reduction,Interest/Fee/Adhoc Payments, SSI updates with 2step/4step procedure followed.
?Responsible to take action of Lender queries received in group email boxes i.e ECRM within 24 hrs and resolution within 2 business days
?Responsible for Processing assignment monitoring (Trades Process- Primary/Secondary)
?Match Cash breaks for previous day transactions and add comments for pending items
?Responsible to Share EOD status with detailed comments on BAU acitivities and Pending Items.
?Responsible for Processing transactions as per training and SOP.Report to supervisor incase of any deviations.
?Responsible for completing assigned Works with 100% accuracy.
?Ensure to complete all mandatory trainings before due date
?Capable of handling few operational reports as applicable for sub processes.
?Having strong knowledge and hands on expereince in using applications like Loan IQ and Clearpar.
?Responsible for investigating and resolving Pending cash breaks(New/Aged)
?Capable of following escalations matrix.
?Ensure to get cross trained in all sub processes within the team
