Analyst / Senior Analyst - Financial Analysis - 3+ Years - Mumbai/Pune/Bangalore
Hiring for a Senior Analyst (FP&A) with 3-6 years of experience. The role requires expertise in financial analysis, budgeting & forecasting, variance analysis, and data insights, along with proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Python, BI dashboarding, and advanced Excel. Candidates should be skilled in interpreting financial statements and balance sheets with a strong technical and analytical mindset.

Responsibilities * Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Perform variance analysis, assess financial performance, and identify improvement areas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide financial insights for decision-making processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast and track key business metrics.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external audit requirements.

Requirements * Any educational qualification at graduate level will be considered

• Proven work experience (3+ years) in financial analysis or accounting roles.
• Proficient in accounting systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
