This position will support the global team to monitor the SAP Systems for availability and performance.

Regularly monitor SAP systems Creating and managing technical user accounts, roles, and authorizations within the SAP system, ensuring proper access control and security Investigating and resolving technical issues related to SAP systems, working with users and other team members to find solutions Creating and maintaining documentation related to system configurations, procedures, and best practices Observing and assisting experienced colleagues in their daily tasks Track Open Incidents, Service & Change Requests in SAP for Me, SAP Service Catalog and ITSM solution

Specific Education : IT Graduate with experience in SAP Basis Work Experience : 3 to 8 Years Special Skills : Understanding of SAP Basis concepts and principles, Knowledge of SAP HANA database, Written and oral knowledge of English language
