Real Estate - Technology Specialist - Analyst
Are you enthusiastic about leveraging technology and design to optimize real estate operations? As a RES CAD and Application Support Analyst, you will play an important role in supporting the Real Estate Services (RES) support team by providing expertise in CAD drawings and TRIRIGA application support. Your contributions will be integral to advancing strategic priorities and initiatives that align with the firm's objectives. This position is part of the System support vertical within the India based US support Real Estate team.
Work you'll do:
This role interacts regularly with the key stakeholders of US team to support with various project lifecycle activities and deliverables. The role also acts as a liaison with the other teams such as IT, Workplace design, Operations, Finance, Architects, and other internal and external stakeholders.
CAD Drawing Management: Update and maintain accurate CAD drawings for various real estate projects, ensuring compliance with design standards and project requirements. Adapt quickly to changes in office layouts and design standards.
TRIRIGA System Administration: Manage and support the IBM TRIRIGA system, ensuring effective integration and operation of workplace management processes. Provide expertise in specific TRIRIGA modules critical to operations.
Technical Support and Guidance: Provide high-quality technical support and guidance on CAD and application-related issues, ensuring efficient resolution and continuous improvement. Troubleshoot software issues and train users on system functionalities.
Collaboration and Innovation: Work with other work streams and external stakeholders to ensure continuous accuracy and identify discrepancies in systems that require immediate attention and resolution. Foster, develop, and build high-impact relationships with cross-functional teams.
Essential Functions of the Role:
Implement & improve quality controls across projects with a keen eye for detail.
Manage the internal team SharePoint site(s), upload relevant work product material, and update the Project tracker regularly.
Create & maintain standard operating procedures (SOP) to document process steps.
Adopt a consultative/partnering approach with stakeholders, with the ability to 'wear many hats' on the job.
Identify areas of innovation and/or improvement and work with functional team leaders in achieving them.
Lead and participate in special projects as requested, including process improvement initiatives, strategic planning activities, innovation-focused initiatives, and other strategic initiatives.
Conduct business in a culturally sensitive manner, capable of handling interactions with a "global" mind
Qualifications & Expertise
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (BTech/BE preferred)
Demonstrated experience in CAD software, with a focus on real estate applications
Experience with IBM TRIRIGA or similar workplace management systems.
1-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably with a US-based company; real estate exposure preferred
Advanced Microsoft office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
High level of precision in all aspects of work, including technical drawings and data analysis.
Must possess excellent written and oral communication
Strong logical & analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Ability to ideate and innovate
Experience working in a team and as an individual contributor
Comfortable interacting with senior leadership
Familiarity with using third party Lease Administration database programs and knowledge on commercial lease abstraction of countries outside the U.S. is a plus
