Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist the consulting team on client assignments, key tasks include market research, financial analysis, report writing, presentation, participation in internal and external meetings



Market research may require travel within the region subject to visa issues in order to conduct field research



Support the consulting team in preparation of client pitches, presentations and proposals



Contribute to the successful execution of other research and marketing initiatives as needed



Report to the Manager - Consulting as well as to the respective assignment leads on an ongoing basis

Skills and Competencies:

General Competencies

Strong analytical background with attention to detail



Strong organizations skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks



Ability to coordinate tasks in accordance with priorities



Show proof of rigor and autonomy when working



Ability to work to meet deadlines, even when timeframes are demanding



Professional Competencies

Good report writing skills in MS Word



Ability to prepare succinct Power Point presentations



Excellent understanding of MS Excel and modelling



Corporate email communication



Internet Search



Other Competencies

Willingness to take on new challenges



Efficiently use words to communicate complex ideas



Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Experience:

Experience of having worked across industrial advisory studies covering feasibility / development strategy for industrial parks, economic / industrial corridors, Special Economic Zones / Free Zones, Airport / Port led industrial zones, High-tech industrial / innovation & R&D clusters, etc.



Previous technical background in market research / financial analysis etc.



2 - 3 years' professional experience preferred

Education Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline or Post Graduate in Real Estate / Finance



Basic knowledge and understanding of the Real Estate Industry
