JOB PROFILE: Role And Responsibilities Daily perform quality check of all property compliance processes Completion of all Quality check review per pre-defined completion timeline Communicate and follow up with the operations team for rectification of the errors identified Handle Quality Check disputes and Exceptions Collaborate with team regarding optimizing Standard Operating Procedures Communicate and train operations team on any process changes Provide suggestions to management for optimizing and simplifying processes Job Requirement Qualifications And Technical Skillsets Looking for candidates with 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance/Control Should be a graduate (prefer a BCom Graduate or equivalent) Well versed in excel, should be able to use basic excel formulas and create reports Should have extremely high attention to detail Candidates with experience in US real estate related fields preferred (mortgage processing, property tax, title search, property valuation etc) Should have good experience in handling daily process deliverables Communicate effectively with US counterparts. Written and spoken. Should be able to conceptually explain findings, both orally and in excel shared files & writing(s)
