Job Summary
He/she tends to follow and may make minor changes to a set of activities or process to derive a solution where problems and issues are generally defined within a project/service area. When doing so, he/she applies specialised knowledge of practices and procedures within own technical area.

1. Perform specific tasks within a service or project with minimal supervision
2. Define and develop solutions where problems and issues are generally defined
3. Understand industry/technology trends on a high level
