What We\'ll Bring: This position is to support TU-Sontiq\xe2\x80\x99s Partners by working with the Account Managers who manage the growth and relationships of Partner programs. Solutions-oriented, candidate will be working cross functionally both internally and externally, to facilitate multiple projects in tandem.

What You\'ll Bring:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• 0 \xe2\x80\x93 2 years of experience with Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering, operations research, or other equivalent field with a track record of academic excellence.
• Maintain an understanding of the Partner\xe2\x80\x99s business and joint programs/processes
• Provide analysis and support for anticipating, monitoring and tracking program and Partner issues, results and general information.
• Validate file system setup and output- data extraction, cleansing & validation (using Ab-Initio on UNIX platform), based on requirements from the customer.
• Review and process requests using internally developed tools to ensure all requirements are met.
• Produce good quality output within specified turnaround times to facilitate better credit decision-making by clients. Ensure any data related concerns are addressed before delivering to the customers.
• Demonstrate good understanding of the business, domain and products.
• Identify where to improve efficiency and / or quality of processes & Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Adhere to documented processes and contribute to documentation reviews.
• Ensure queries and complaints are dealt with in a timely manner.
• Adherence to KPI metrics/ goals
• Deliver reporting on progress of partner programs, post-launch.
• Effectively manage tasks in support of multiple projects and Partners in tandem, while maintaining deadlines.
• Willing to work in US hours as per business requirements.

Desirable

• Familiarity with credit bureau offerings
• Experience with programming and data manipulation languages (Ab Initio, Unix, SQL)
• Basic knowledge of Autosys or other scheduling tools
