Job Description
Key Role Deliverables: Spreading the financial statements in the client database
Normalizing the financial statements for exceptional and non-recurring items to arrive at the accurate profitability figures
Able to read and interpret information from notes/schedule accompanying financial statements
Reflect learning and conceptual clarity as to the candidate gains experience of execution companies from varied industries
Pro-actively intimating Associates in case of any deviation from the set timelines
Leveraging best practices to achieve operation efficiency
Operational Responsibilities: Categorize line items from IS, BS, CFS for easy comparability and analysis of the company's financial data
Capture segmental information and tie it into the total company financials
Prepare a capitalization table with a detailed breakdown of the outstanding debt
Capture reported and adjusted EBITDA from company filings, press releases
Create supporting tables, notes, schedules for incomplete information or where financials are not reported using GAAP
Prerequisites: Managing Client Relationships:
Basic knowledge of accounting concepts and related financial terms
Ability to meet client-driven deadlines (demanding hours)
Proficient with the English language
Strong analytical ability
Passion to continuously learn and grow
Attention to detail
Education: Any Graduate
Industry: Financial Services/Stockbroking
