Roles & Responsibilities
Lead New Product Introductions (NPI) from pre-launch to post-launch with organic tactics
Collaborate with relevant sub-vertical product managers, engineering teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand their unique goals, objectives and challenges
Work with product managers to ensure compliance with required attributes and facets for new product launches
Create value added collateral for promotion with internal agencies and external supporting agencies
Sales enablement tool planning, creation
Gatekeeper of product readiness for external promotion, like email communications content, cost- and pricing set up and distribution partner programs.
Standardize and optimize processes between TE and external agencies for collateral creation
Analyze and review campaign response to plan next campaign steps with internal stakeholders
Continuous improvement of the Industrial NPI process together with the BU process owner
Benchmark against competitors to ensure best-in-class new product introductions
Support Industrial Automation & Electrification (IND) business unit product campaigns with organic and paid tactics. End-to-end campaign development, execution, budget and KPI's measurement.
Account Based Marketing for India region key accounts, delivering key product value proposition and application solutions to India market.
Desired Candidate
Experience 2-3 Years
Key skills - Digital Marketing , New Product Launch , New product Introduction , exp working with external agency
BA/BS degree in Marketing or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to influence internal business partners with whom no direct reporting relationship exists
Project Management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Industrial B2B product and market knowledge
Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Eloqua

Account-based marketing
