We have an immediate opportunity for a Procurement Analyst to join us at our diverse team. The primary purpose is to Initiate cost out projects for commodity assigned and Lead/drive end to end P2P process with focus on ontime delivery, cost out and meeting stakeholders' timelines.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

• Lead various Indirect Sourcing Commodities like MRO, Capital, IT, Facility etc.
• In depth knowledge Sourcing process, Prototyping procurement, Inco Terms and other terms and condition related to Procurement
• Sound Knowledge of MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Operations) and Capital Procurement, inspection, etc.
• Sound knowledge of SEZ Process and Global Trade Management.
• Should have sound knowledge of Vendor development & ERP systems
• Should have sound knowledge of quality systems processes
• Control spend and build culture of long-term saving on project cost
• Ready to travel at supplier's place
• Create/deploy P2P process inline with organizational focus and priority.
• Inventory management

Background & Skills

• Min 6 to 8 years of experience in Indirect / Direct Sourcing, preferred experience in Hydraulic industry and test lab procurement
• Must have Engineering Graduate in Mechanical / Electrical
• High on professional integrity and strong values
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Time management and strategic thinking
• Dependable, self-motivated and multi-tasking Knowledge on GST and Taxation
