Responsibilities PO creation and track and follow up with the vendors for material delivery Work with internal stakeholders from Finance, HR, and Admin teams to provide the Procurement support and fulfill their requirements within stipulated timeline and budget Maintaining vendors\' contract repository & updating renewal calendar on timely basis Resolve vendor grievances and working with the Accounts Payable team for timely processing of vendor invoices Support stakeholders on the PR creation and GRN/SRN process Cleansing PR & PO data in Netsuite on regular basis Work with AP team to reconcile and provide purchasing data for provisioning purposes Follow up with the vendors for registration document Requirements Relevant experience of 2-4 years in procurement operations Sound understanding of procurement principles Bachelor\'s Degree in Commerce, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field Good written and oral communication skills, and ability to manage stakeholder relationships Benefits In addition to your total compensation, you will be eligible for following benefits, which will be governed by the Company policy: Medical insurance for self, spouse, upto 2 dependent children and Parents or Parents-in-law up to INR 5,00,000 Gratuity as per payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 Unlimited Time Off to ensure our people invest in their wellbeing, to rest and rejuvenate, spend quality time with family and friends Remote-First work environment that allows our people to work from anywhere in India Remote-First Benefit for home office setup, connectivity, accessories, co-working spaces, wellbeing to ensure an amazing remote work experience
