Analyst - Salesforce Data Cleansing, Marketing Support Team - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
The analyst, part of the Marketing Support Team, will support all data cleansing activities across all data objects, Contacts, Leads, Campaigns, etc., to improve and maintain the system's data quality. The analyst will develop processes to maintain the system's data quality that are aligned with the firm's business needs.

As a part of the team, you will be responsible for:
Perform contact and organisation research and update details in Salesforce
Perform executive and board members' research
Track data cleansing activities to produce management reports.
Maintain and update activity tracker for contacts using various sources.
Manage ad-hoc requests to support various marketing groups.
Maintain and update process documents.
Work with team members and the project lead to establish suitable processes to support Data cleansing activities
Data cleansing across all Salesforce data objects for the program
Manage ad-hoc requests to support various business groups across the organisation
Produce customised reports/dashboards for the business leaders
Maintain and update process documents
Work independently with members of the user community to help them meet the business requirements
Deliver excellent service in line with process requirements and ensure service level agreements are met
Provide an employee-focused experience through the timely and accurate completion of queries and activities
Record and maintain accurate activity information tracking through to timely closure.
Escalate more complex queries to the Team Leader or specific cases to the appropriate Salesforce support team.
Take responsibility for keeping current on Deloitte policy and process developments.
Maintain continuing professional development to ensure advice given is appropriate and high-quality.
Ensure compliance with appropriate Data Protection legislation always

The team
The Clients & Markets Growth team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte member firms across North South Europe with various capabilities, such as financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative services, helpdesk support, marketing, and IT services.
Qualifications:
Requirements:
Any Graduate / MBA (Marketing) with 1-3 years of experience in a data cleansing role for any CRM system, preferably Salesforce.
Contact cleansing and data management experience with multiple stakeholders across regions
Worked on contact, organisation and executive & board member research
Basic understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
Strong data management and data cleansing abilities
Previous experience with basic reporting and dashboard
Basic knowledge of Data Loader for mass data management tools
Working experience with the ServiceNow tool is preferred
Excellent communication skills (CE Advance).
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the Office suite
Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritise simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Enthusiastic and eager to learn new technologies.
Committed to working with the team to maintain a positive team spirit.
Must be a supportive team player who is reliable and respects others, with a desire and drive to meet and exceed team targets.

Basic understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionalities
Knowledge of contact/account research, basic reporting
Previous experience with data cleansing activities on Salesforce, including mass updates
Manage multiple clients in different time zones
Knowledge of MS Office (Advanced Excel)
