B1 Non-Voice 2 pm IST to 12 am IST
W/O - SATURDAY & SUNDAY High School Grad /Graduate 3-5 years HR & Learning admin experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 3 years prior experience in LMS administration
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Coordinate the deployment of online courses, including completion tracking and reporting
- Create user logins and assign user permissions and manage users\xe2\x80\x99 course enrollment
- Produce reports on training and completion status and history in response to training course and general management requests
- Upload and test courses in the LMS confirming compatibility and functionality with the LMS and all browsers in use, and will roll out set-ups prior to deployment and review with training owner
- Act as backup for Developer and assist in development of eLearning content
- Audit and Escalation Management English (R/W/S) English Level C1 India Mumbai, Chennai
