What will you be doing?

The purpose of the role is to proactively manage the sanctity of the HRIS databases, provide analysis, trends and support the compensation and benefits leader.

This is an individual contributor role.

Database management and analysis:

  • People related data is available in Sap and in other forms and sources. The incumbent is to manage the correctness, quality of the data in a continuous and timely manner and flag off any discrepancies.
  • Link databases so as to extract trends and work on predictive analytics and reportings for the function.
Benefits Administration
  • Support the Compensation and Benefits Manager with insurance and benefits administrations
  • Benefits reports
  • Rewards and Recognition administration: Work with internal stakeholders for the monthly, quarterly and annual awards Liaison with vendors for the awards
  • Any other benefits that may be introduced from time to time by the company
  • At the time of salary adjustment cycles, support the C&B manager as required.
We think you should have:

Knowledge/ skills required:
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • SAP savvy
  • Excellent in with MS office, excel, word, PowerPoints
  • Communication skills
Required experience:
  • Around 2-3 years' experience in the similar field.
Educational background:
  • Bachelor's /Master's degree in business, Human Resources or Management required, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. (open)
