You will work under the guidance of the Finance Manager to maintain finance transactions, data, systems and reporting. You will also collect data and perform detailed checks/controls. You will: Coordinate and work closely with site Team, Plant Manager and HO EM Finance Team to improve efficiencies and improvements to ways of working through automation and embrace a mindset of continuous improvement. You will own data collection and verify data integrity P repar e monthly reports and review reports & documents for EM Plants team meetings /HO Finance Team reviews Ensure a strong controls and compliance environment in your area of scope and ensure full compliance with our policies Help business prepare critical financial data and insight that enable perspectives for business strategies and decisions Contribute to a high-performing Finance team What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in: TECHNICAL EXPERTISE in Data Analytics including data collection and structuring, analysing , planning and reporting company financial performance across all commercial KPIs BUSINESS ACUMEN and understanding of our business, consumer packaged goods industry, and local snacking market dynamics. Relevant experience in a regional/local business GROWTH/DIGITAL MINDSET and the ability to identify/execute opportunities and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness INTEGRITY and sound judgement in all decisions and interactions aligned with our values and policies and external regulations More specifics about the role: Plant compliance & control - Responsible for plant finance operation s, Internal Controls & other compliances and monthly books closure Budgetary Control - Preparation of Annual Budget for your p lants & uploading the same in SAP after finalization.
