Responsibilities

Incident management / Technical Support



Provide 2nd level support for DPM Suite solutions and act as a subject matter expert

Coordinate resolution of Incidents for DPM Suite, ensure incidents are raised via the correct process ensure escalation to correct resolver group or resolve where applicable if providing 2nd Line support.


Track Incidents and keep Users up to date on progress and ensuring adequate reporting and updates Incident SLA managed to agreed levels consistently




Customer Satisfaction levels remain high


Data Analysis & testing



an style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;">Provide basic data analysis on DPM suite by using basic queries in excel or powerBI to identify trends and insights.


f; color: #000000;">Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Conduct detailed testing of the data changes, ensuring analysis is provided on time and meets requirements.

Work with the Development team and provide support during the development process to validate delivered features meet business requirements. Analysis provided on time meeting requirements

Testing performed as per guidelines and if defects raised in Jira

Change Management Support



Support with release management by creating test scripts, coordinating, and performing UAT testing

Assist in training end-users and stakeholders on new features and functionalities Successful UAT's on time and on budget



All changes follow the Change Management Process and completed on time and in full


Requirements

Divisional Experience

3 -5 years experience in data analysis and Product or Service Management/Support.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Knowledge of PowerBI is preferred but not essential

Experience in databases, data visualization, mathematics, statistics


Functional Experience

- Good Communication skills.


- Ability to make decisions under pressure and time constraints.


- Ability to manage a wide range of activities and issues and able to work to tight deadlines under pressure.


- Ability to present information in a clear and concise way.


- Imperative to grasp and retain ownership of a problem until it is effectively resolved.


- Must have strong analytical ability together with sound judgment and pragmatism.


- Ability to analyse problems and develop appropriate solutions.


- End user support experience


- UAT testing experience
