Role Overview T

he position will be focused on partnership with the EMEA Finance stakeholders to primarily perform dayto-day valuations support and Line of Credit activities.

Key Responsibilities: o

Help Clients in Valuation Reporting and Line of Credit Reporting for all Closed-Ended Funds and different Investor Reports throughout the quarter

Reconciling Data set between Data sources to ensure consistency and accuracy Preparing Funds Flows and Day 1 Balance sheet for Acquisition at entities level Preparing quarterly Net Debt Reporting Prepare and review materials for Funds' Regulatory Reporting Perform Special Projects and ad-hoc Business case analyses determined by the needs of Stakeholders Maintain a consistent and strong focus on Compliance and Risk Management
Essential Skills & Experience: o Master's degree - Major/Minor in Finance, Banking or Mathematics is a plus o Exceptional quantitative aptitude and skill set with a mastery of Microsoft Office applications o Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, fluid environment o Previous background within a valuation reporting role a plus o CFA designation a plus o Rigorous analytical mindset with a high level of intellectual curiosity and excellent problem-solving skills o Acute focus on attention to detail, accuracy, and data validation o Effective communication skills (listening, verbal, and written) o Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills o Sound judgment and discretion o Strong initiative, energy and confidence completing assignments with limited supervisio
