Job Title : IT Analyst SAP Security Location : Bangalore
Job Summary:
The SAP Security Specialist position will provide security support across Kennametal’s SAP landscapes. This position plays an important role within the IT organization applying SAP security support, knowledge and experience in accordance with business requirements
Key Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support to end users and troubleshoot SAP security related issues
• Provide technical security support for installed SAP security systems. while maintaining the integrity and security of Kennametal’s SAP systems
• Assist with security testing, SAP role development and modification, utilizing Kennametal’s change management process/system
• Participate in access/user reviews and assist with audit requests
• Effective use of standard SAP tools, transactions and Kennametal’s procedures to achieve compliance with regulatory requirements, including segregation of duties
• As part of the team, support new security initiatives within the SAP landscape
• Other duties as assigned
• Quality: Exhibits a commitment to quality performance in all aspects of every task or project performed
• Safety: Maintains a constant awareness towards safety in the workplace

Education, Work Experience, Skills, Certificates:

• 
  Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field
• 3+ years of SAP Security experience required

Experience :

• 3+ years of experience supporting SAP authorization concepts and managing SAP security required
• Experience with SAP ERP, SAP GRC and SAP Solution Manager required
• Understanding of compliance and information security, including security policy and procedure implementation and risk assessment
• Familiar with state and federal regulations including: HIPAA, Sarbanes-Oxley, GDPR and PCI
• Understanding or experience with Windows, a plus

Skills:

• Demonstrated knowledge and desire to keep abreast of technology and security trends
• Ability to multitask, often changing from one to another, without loss of concentration or composure
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
• Clearly and concisely expresses professional opinions with supporting rationale
• Performs under stress or copes with frequent deadlines of interruptions without loss of efficiency or composure
• Ability to work toward common organizational goals
• Adapts to both working alone or as part of a team
