: Role: Voice/IP Telephony Engineer Job Location: Greater Noida Required Skills: . Strong knowledge and hands on experience on Avaya Aura products (Media Servers, Media Gateways (G650 & G450), AAEP/IVR, AAM AES, CMS) . Strong working knowledge and hands on experience on call recorders . Excellent understanding of telecommunication concepts, communication protocols, Avaya Communication Manager . Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills . Ability to understand customer requirements and deliver IP Telephony projects . Understanding on ITIL & ITSM processes to effectively work on day to day issues . Perform daily checklists, capacity management and prepare reports . Prepare and maintain the technical documentation Additional/Preferred Skills: . Knowledge of Avaya Session Manager, System Manager, SIP Qualifications: . BE / B Tech / MCA or equivalent Strong knowledge and hands on experience on Cisco products (CUCM, Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Unified CM, IM and Presence Administration, Cisco Unified CCX Administration, Cisco Voice Gateways, Cisco QM Server) . Strong knowledge of Voice protocols SIP, H.323 . Good working knowledge and hands on experience on call recorders .
