Title: Analyst, IT-Network

Location: Bangalore

Your role

The Network Analyst IT Operations is part of the Baxter Network Operations team and is accountable for service stability and recovery involving network and cloud infrastructure. Assist Baxter Network Intelligence Center to analyze regional specific network issues..

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing

Hands-on technical expertise in both physical and cloud datacenters and architectures with a focus on network automation.

• Manage regional WAN MPLS and SDWAN Services. Troubleshoot all WAN technologies used by Baxter.

• Manage LAN Cisco routers and switches, Aruba SDWAN routers in Co-Lo Baxter facilities.

• Administer regional LAN Cisco Catalyst 9300, 9400, 4500, 3800; Nexus 3K, 5K, 7K and 9K; ISR4400 and ASR1000, Cisco ASA, Fortinet Fortigate Security Gateways and Cisco wireless networks.

• Assist with ZScaler supporting incident and request ServiceNow tickets.

• Participate in troubleshooting for Sev1 and Sev2 regional network operational issues.

• Supplement network support for BNIC including problem resolution for Service Now incidents.

• Maintain Cisco and Park Place maintenance inventories. Work with Cisco partners to Move, Add or Change maintenance to devices.

• Manage regional Fortigate and Cisco ASA firewalls.

• Maintain CMDB asset database of network devices.

• Manage Cloud Web Application Firewall security request and adjust policies.

• Solid documentation skills with high attention to detail.

• Experience with taking projects from planning through to completion.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll bring

• 1 to 3 years of network operational experience
• Prefer Cisco CCNA certification
• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field preferred or relevant work experience.
