Designation: Analyst - IP Legal
Office Location: Hosur (Tamil Nadu)
Position description:
1 Mine & capture inventions & process IDF into successful patent applications in time bound manner towards building strong IP portfolio (domestic & foreign)
2 Prosecute IP applications meeting legal requirements towards grant
3 Identify IP in NPD, design, technology & recommend for protection, enable overcoming IP hurdles
Role Description:
Systematic daily work management to Study & qualify IDF for adherence, adequacy
Conduct invention mining reviews & evalutate ideas
Draft the specification meeting legal requirements
Verify specification against SOPs and process dockets
Study FER (First Examination report) & Prior Arts
Conceive & develop prosecution strategy
Draft FER response meeting legal requirements
Verify FER response against SOPs & submit
Analyse and provide recommendations for FTO/alerts, drive alternate solutions to overcome IP hurdles
