What you\'ll be doing:
- Provide administrative support to APAC team.
- Partner with Regional Manager to track progress of critical KPI.
- Review and timey publish dashboards, score card and other necessary reports
- Develop and support team with Ariba RFX, contract workspace & Content enablement
- Develop and maintain supplier performance review metrics, Document repository and scorecards
- Prepare ad hoc reports and slides for management reporting using Power BI/Tableau/PowerPoint.
- 5 years\' experience in MNCs.
- At least 2-3 years\' experience of working in Procurement department.
- University Degree, MBA and/or Master\'s degree is preferred.
- Has solid knowledge in MS excel, PPT, SQL, tableau & Ariba is must.
- Demonstrate strong capability to manage complex data and structure into meaningful insights.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- A positive attitude, Go getter and creative thinker.
- Experience working with Global teams in different time zones.
- Passion for learning.
