Microsoft Dynamics 365 Support Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Manager to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to lead the implementation, customization, and ongoing management of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules and functionalities. As a Dynamics 365 Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage the system\'s configuration and maintenance, and ensure the successful deployment and utilization of Dynamics 365 to optimize business processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Single point of contact to manage L2 support ask for global enterprise wide CRM
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and understand the pain points to improve the support services
  • Collaborate with the vendor teams for the 3rd party product services
  • Hands on experience on the MS dynamics tool supporting various modules
  • Manage deployments with the team
  • Manage the end to end communication w.r.t the production maintenance services
  • Publish ticket trends, monitor volumes and ensure adherence to SLA\xe2\x80\x99s and publish relevant stats to the leadership teams and stakeholders
  • Manage various shifts for teams to cover 24*5 support
  • Oversee support for the system integration with other enterprise systems, such as CRM, ERP, and third-party applications.
  • Monitor and maintain the performance, stability, and security of the Dynamics 365 platform, applying necessary updates and patches.
  • Train and support end users on the effective use of Dynamics 365 applications, conducting workshops and creating user documentation.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem and recommend enhancements or new features to improve business processes.
  • Collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure smooth implementation and support of Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve system issues and incidents in a timely manner.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving innovation and identifying opportunities to leverage Dynamics 365 capabilities for business growth.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Overall IT experience of 12-14 years with relevant 7-8 years of hands on experience on Microsoft Dynamics 365 support areas
  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing modules with proven expertise
  • Proficiency in developing and customizing Dynamics 365 workflows, forms, entities, and reports using tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Hands on experience on Data Migration.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • ITIL certified and relevant functional certifications on Dynamics PL200, Sales Functional Consultant Associate - MB-210 or Dynamics 365 Marketing Functional Consultant Associate - MB-220 would be an added advantage
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
