Analyst - Immigration, Programs & Strategy



Work you'll do



An Analyst will be responsible for the lifecycle of Business and Work US visa logistics for USI professionals, overseeing the inventory and documentation of legal petitions, and preparing business visa letters. Analyst will handle case management and immigration-related queries, provide guidance to professionals and business stakeholders, and ensure adherence to Labor Condition Application (LCA) posting requirements. In addition, Analyst will validate mobility requirements, collaborate with Global Mobility and Deployment teams, and generate operational reports for business stakeholders. In this role, the Immigration Analyst will apply immigration knowledge to ensure compliance, and support end to end processes. The successful candidate for this position must demonstrate a keen attention to detail, ensuring accurate and effective case support while maintaining strong time-management skills to deliver results efficiently.

Job responsibilities



Conduct mock visa briefing sessions Support internal team and business stakeholders on resolution of immigration issues and case filings Overseeing the India Immigration mailbox, B-1 Visa mailbox, case management, addressing professionals and stakeholder inquiries within the standard ETA Review and validate Immigration dashboard reports for business stakeholders ) Adherence to timely Issuance of Business Visa Consulate and Port of Entry letters to the USI professionals and PPMDs Submit Labor Condition Application (LCA) notice posting requirements on DNet Conduct daily mobility validation of Immigration documents Act as a Liaison with Global Mobility and Deployment teams Leverage and advanced technology enabled solutions through collaboration with internal and external teams. Maintain high level of proficiency in relevant Deloitte technology resources, including system database; escalate and collaborate with necessary parties to resolve technical and data issues.

The Team




The Immigration Programs & Strategy Team is part of the Deloitte Talent Immigration organization. This team is responsible for supporting the needs of USI professionals across all businesses, aiming them to be visa ready for the U.S deployments. This includes the development and delivery of strategic immigration programs, as well as strategic and technology projects to enhance immigration experience for our USI professionals and business stakeholders.

Qualifications




Graduation: Any graduation degree


Post-graduation: MBA / PGDBM or equivalent degree Masters in relevant field an advantage.
Experience: Overall, 1-3 years of progressive experience related to Non-Immigrant Visas (US Business visas and Work visas)Familiarity with immigration processes and procedures with US visas (non-immigrant) Strong competence in core professional skills, especially attention to detail, responsiveness, follow-through, flexibility, initiative, and tact Ability to manage and meet tight deadlines. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with large teams Ability to help resolve complex and sensitive situations while managing confidential information appropriately and professionally Strong critical thinking, analysis, problem-solving skills, and multi-tasking Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
