Sr. Analyst is responsible for strategizing the acquisition, supply, allocation, utilization of Computers for the fast-growing needs of client's employees across multiple geographies. This person would liaise with stake-holder teams like HR, Finance, Facilities, Accounts Payable etc) and Business units on regular basis for macro and micro planning of this domain. Should have superior verbal & written communication skills & should be self-motivated to handle initiatives independently. Should be well-versed with IT Asset Management, Business accounting, Procurement practices. Roles & Responsibilities: o Should develop Medium and long-term computer inventory mgmt. strategies against client's rapid growth needs vs. industry trends o Perform pro-active analysis of IT Assets procurement/usage trends for multiple global regions (EMEA, JPAC, India), interfacing the North-America counter-parts. o Take consistent actions & initiatives ensuring for optimal stocking and effective utilization of inventory. o Initiate Procurement, Allocation/De-allocation, Decommission/Reclaim computers, Reconciliations/Audits as per the Company & Country specific rules and regulations o Work with stake-holder teams like Facilities, Security, AP team & OEM vendors and ensure proper receipt & accounting of IT Assets at various sites o Coordinate with onsite staff of various geographical locations to monitor the supply, consumption of asset with proper accounting and reporting of computers o Develop & implement procedures for ensuring accurate day to day Asset Management tasks (like asset allocation, reclaim, retire) for effective utilization of Computer Inventory o Ensure accurate & pro-active reporting for all activities under IT Asset Management, as assigned/required for this role o Provide periodic executive reports to Senior leadership on IT Asset Mgmt KPIs & deliverables. o Liaise with Finance for Quarterly/Half-yearly reconciliation, follow-up and close-loop actions related to discrepancies/accounting o Participate / drive (as required) in larger-level technical, functional initiatives & projects that impact or interface with IT Asset Mgmt domain o Should have requisite knowledge of computer deployment & end-point management methodologies that this role interfaces with Key Skills Required: 1. Should have at least 7 years of IT Asset management experience managing the full life-cycle of IT Assets in a strategic capacity, preferably in a multi-national company 2. Preferably should have managed a fleet of atleast 20,000 IT Assets of various types across multiple geographies, through their entire life-cycle: Acquisition till Disposal 3. Should have worked on atleast one industry-standard Asset Management tools, ServiceNow preferred 4. Superior verbal and written communications as well as interpersonal skills 5. Should have excellent data processing, analysis & reporting skills 6. Should be well-versed with all MS Office tools, and exposure to planning tools & methodologies 7. Should be a graduate, preferably in IT and / or Management 8. Possess certifications on IT Asset Management
