Essential Job Functions:



Assist in HR data analysis and reporting, generating basic reports and contributing to actionable insights. Support HR projects and process improvement initiatives, managing specific tasks or components. Respond to employee inquiries, providing timely and accurate assistance on HR-related matters. Maintain HR records and systems, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance. Stay informed about HR best practices, trends, and industry developments. Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams on various projects and operational tasks. Support the development, implementation, and updates of HR policies and procedures. Participate in audits and compliance checks to ensure adherence to legal and organizational standards.

Basic Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience). Typically, 1+ years of relevant work experience in Human Resources. Proven experience in HR data analysis and reporting. Proficiency in HR metrics, data interpretation, and reporting tools. Demonstrated ability to learn continuously and stay updated with industry knowledge and technology.

Other Qualifications:



An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus. Relevant certifications in data analysis or HR analytics are an advantage. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
