Support full-cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions (sourcing, screening, scheduling, candidate communication).
Maintain and audit ATS/HRIS records to ensure data accuracy and compliance with privacy standards.
Build and sustain candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and campus/community outreach.
Generate and present recruiting reports and dashboards (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, diversity metrics).
Coordinate interview logistics, including onsite visits where required.
Assist with onboarding handoffs and hiring documentation.
Recommend process improvements to reduce cycle time and improve conversion rates.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
0-2 years of experience in recruiting, HR operations, or sourcing.
Familiarity with ATS/HRIS systems and basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent organizational ability.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Workday or similar ATS platforms.
Knowledge of recruiting metrics and basic dashboarding tools (Power BI).
Exposure to campus or high-volume/CPG hiring; DE&I sourcing experience is a plus.
