xc2xb7 Supplier Support, E-Auctions, Contract Creation & Analytics, PO creation & maintenance, Buying desk.xc2xb7 Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records, including contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.xc2xb7 Monitor and enforce compliance with procurement policies and procedures.xc2xb7 Utilize procurement software and systems to streamline processes, track orders, and generate reports.xc2xb7 Provide guidance and support to colleagues involved in procurement activities.xc2xb7 Participate in cross-functional teams and contribute to the development and implementation of organizational initiatives.xc2xb7 Stay updated with relevant regulations, laws, and industry best practices related to procurement activities.Desired Candidate:

• Bachelors degree in any discipline
• 3 to 5 years of work experience in procurement
• Advance knowledge of PowerPoint and MS excel
• Demonstrated professional verbal/written communication and negotiation skills in English
• Experience working with global stakeholders, suppliers and clients outside India
• Good communication, Ownership and Decision-making
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in source to pay tools (Ariba, SAP, SRM etc.) preferred.
