Expected Skills: . Must be Law Graduate / Post Graduate . Should have min. 4 year of experience out of which min. 2 years in data privacy. . Knowledge and experience in information privacy laws and ability to apply the Privacy principles. . Communication, and presentation skills. . Knowledge on cyber/information security concepts, risk and control concepts. . Knowledge of regulation such as GDPR, Data Privacy Laws, HIPAA, etc. . Should be able to differentiate between privacy/data protection and information security. . Assisting stakeholders in privacy Governance. . Good to have experience in GDPR implementation or assessment Responsibilities: . Assists in the identification, implementation, and maintenance of organization information privacy policies and procedures. . Ensure full coordination and cooperation under the organization\'s privacy policies and procedures and legal requirements. . Work with organization senior management and corporate information security / Technology group to maintain Privacy Compliance. . Work with Human resource to address org wide employee related privacy requirements. . Initiate and perform privacy risk assessments, Privacy Audits and conduct ongoing privacy compliance activities. . Work with legal team to ensure contracts / agreements are appropriately addressed privacy requirements. . Participates in the development, implementation, and ongoing compliance monitoring. . Administers process for receiving, documenting, tracking, investigating, and acting on all complaints concerning the organization\'s privacy policies and procedures. . Initiates, facilitates and promotes activities to foster information privacy awareness within the organization and related entities. . Good to have current knowledge of applicable US federal and US state privacy laws, Indian IT Act, GDPR, Etc. . Serves as information privacy consultant to the organization for all departments and appropriate entities. . Work with organization administration, legal counsel, and other related parties to represent the organization\'s information privacy interests with external parties. Preferred Skills . Qualitative approach towards aligned delivery requirements . Proficiency in MS suite operation .
