The team of Novartis specialists within Insights & Analytics are on a data and digital transformation journey, using analytics to generate impactful insights for Novartis medicines impacting more than 500 million patients worldwide. The team is poised to enable easier, faster and reliable decisions for Novartis divisions across the globe.



Key responsibilities:
o Conduct testing of sample applications, websites, and software to assess user experience and ease of design
o Use recent studies and findings to establish the best overall design elements to include in UX design experiences Build storyboards/wireframes to conceptualize designs to accurately convey project plans

o Create surveys for research through various media platforms to gather feedback on user\'s ease of use and satisfaction interfacing on applications and products,

o Design the aesthetics to be implemented within an application or product, from the layout menus and drop-down options to colors and fonts allowing for interface edits as needed

Minimum Requirements

1-2 years of experience in implementing UX design, Proficient with visual design programs such as Adobe creative cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Xd, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign)

• Basic to intermediate knowledge in tools like Figma and Sketch and creating icons, logos and videos as per requirements, Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing interfaces for business

• Continued education and research into UX trends and current design strategy and technologies, Professional written and interpersonal skills when communicating with business

• Ability to prioritize and manage several achievements and projects efficiently Account for challenges using problem-solving skills and seek to optimize data for the best possible outcome

Desirable requirements:

• Experience with Agile ways of working/ Six Sigma Greenbelt certified and understanding designing wide variety of complex data models
• Expert understanding of enterprise standard platforms, tools and technologies problem solving approach
• Ability to motivate and inspire teams, individuals working on products and projects
• Passion and commitment to get results through unbossed and growth mindset
• Strong communication skills with flexibility to adapt for different cultures exposure
