About the Role
As an Analyst in Target's HR Shared Services team, you will play a critical role in supporting team members through various leave of absence (LOA) and accommodation programs. You will be responsible for the administrative execution of LOA and accommodation workflows, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies, while delivering seamless and empathetic team member experience.
Your core responsibilities include managing timecard adjustments, facilitating return-to-work coordination, and working closely with on-site HR, Ops Managers, the Leave and Disability team, and team members to support their transition through leave and reintegration processes.
Key Responsibilities
Perform and manage
administrative tasks related to leave of absence (LOA)
and accommodations, including data entry, documentation updates, and task coordination throughout the case lifecycle.
Perform accurate
timecard entries and adjustments
using internal time-tracking systems.
Proactively monitor
leave timelines
and follow up with team members and relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate with
on-site HR
,
Team Members
, and the
Leave & Disability team
to facilitate smooth return-to-work experiences.
Ensure full
compliance with leave policies
and applicable regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA, PWD).
Maintain accurate and organized documentation in case management tools and internal tracking systems.
Provide clear, timely, and empathetic communication to team members about their leave status, return-to-work expectations, and accommodations process.
Respond to
team member-impacting issues
that may arise during leave or reintegration, ensuring appropriate resolution and communication.
Escalate
complex, sensitive, or non-standard cases
to the SME or designated team manager, as necessary.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in
leave administration

Strong working knowledge of relevant labor laws and compliance frameworks (e.g.,
FMLA, ADA, PWD
).
Demonstrate
