Recruitment Support:




Assist in the post-selection process by coordinating and following up with recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers to streamline communication and ensure timely updates.

Appointment Letter Management:




Prepare offer docket & appointment letters while ensuring all necessary checks are completed for accuracy and compliance.

Pre-onboarding Activities:




Facilitate pre-onboarding tasks to prepare new hires for a smooth transition into the company.

Onboarding Coordination:




Execute onboarding and Day 1 formalities for new employees, including both LHE & JHE.

Bank Account Facilitation:




Assist new hires in the process of opening bank accounts as part of the onboarding process.

Insurances Data Management:




Manage data related to mediclaim and accidental insurances, including additions, deletions, and issuance of cards.

Employee Confirmation:




Support the confirmation process for employees, ensuring all necessary documentation and evaluations are completed.

Exit Management:




Assist in the exit management process, coordinating the necessary procedures and paperwork for departing employees.

Change Requests Processing:




Handle change requests including transfers, manager changes, department changes, and promotions in a timely manner.

FRRO Support:




Provide support for Foreigners Regional Registration Office (FRRO) processes, including issuing letters and coordinating with vendors.

Vendor Management:




Assist in managing vendor relationships, including renewals and invoice processing.

Audit Support:




Provide necessary support for all internal and external audits related to HR processes.

Contractual Staff Management:




Manage e-workflow for contractual staff for system access.

Feedback Collection:




Administer the New Joiner Feedback Form at 30, 60, and 90 days post-hire to gather insights and improve the onboarding experience.

Sahaayak Session Coordination:




* Organize and facilitate Sahaayak sessions to support employee engagement and development.
