Your role

Handle employee life cycle management
Manage HR processes per Middle East regional policies and guidelines
Demonstrate proficiency in HR processes and SOPs
Manage and coordinate queries via Case Management Tool
Produce standard correspondence to employees and external parties
Liaise with employees, line managers, and HR colleagues
Work closely with the HR Community and COEs
Contribute to departmental improvements
Support ad-hoc projects for the People Hub team
Audit/Quality check team members' cases
Manage escalations and root cause analysis for Team Lead/Line Manager
Process complex cases/transactions and act as team backup
Perform other duties as requested by the HR Team Leader
About you

Experience in HR Shared Services supporting UK/Middle East & Africa/US/Canada/Asia Pacific
Preferred experience with
Workday
and
ServiceNow
applications
Strong IT skills, especially MS Word, Excel, Outlook
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication
Strong administrative ability with a complex workload
Potential to grow with the team
Experience in customer service or project roles is desirable
Flexible to work in rotational shifts
Graduate or Postgraduate with 2-5 years of experience in HR Shared Services or similar.
Ensure language proficiency requirements are met for specific roles.
We need someone who is proficient in reading, writing, and speaking Arabic.
