Responsibilities will include:GL Accounting in Oracle Cash and Bank Reconciliation Booking of Accruals and Prepaid Journal Entries Working on Financials (Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement) Preparing the financial statements, SEC reporting documents . Assist in preparing 10K, 10Q documents. Assist with ad hoc financial analyses requested by Senior Management Working on Dashboards for senior management Understanding of REIT product

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting 1-3 business related experience Strong analytical skills and detail oriented Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects Possesses a strong work ethic, personal and professional integrity, a positive attitude and Highly organized Strong communication skills both written and verbal
