This includes aircraft maintenance technicians, engineers, planners, ground equipment and facilities teams, supply chain teams and more. Job overview and responsibilities Maintenance Delay Administration is responsible for maintenance delay reporting processes and analytical tools to assess the operational performance of United Airline’s Technical Operation. The Analyst-Maintenance Delay Administration improves operational reliability by identifying maintenance events, delays and cancellations. Role partners with peers at the India Knowledge Center (IKC).

  • Audits and analyzes the delay, significant event and cancellation information entered by Line Maintenance, Maintenance Control, Network Operations Control and Airport Operations personnel
  • Coordinates with Technical Operations departments, Line Maintenance, Network Operations Control and Airport Operations departments in regards to maintenance delays, significant events and cancellations
  • Reviews and analyzes maintenance delays, significant events and cancellations utilizing aircraft history and delay codes on a daily basis
  • Collects, analyzes and develops statistical reports involving maintenance operational performance and distributes the Maintenance D&C Reports which identifies maintenance operation problems and provides an indication of aircraft reliability and station performance
  • Maintains the Maintenance Delay reporting programs and statistical reporting of maintenance delays, significant events and cancellations
This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded. Required
  • High school diploma
  • Two years experience involving reporting and analytical work
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word), Sceptre, TOCS and technical operations programs
  • Strong communication, proven ability to mentor or provide instruction
  • Must be legally authorized to work in India for any employer without sponsorship
  • Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
Preferred
  • Bachelors degree, trade school, military experience or equivalent knowledge and experience.
  • Technical operations delay and cancel reporting
