Analyst- Global Security Operations Center

Location: Client Site, Hyderabad

• The Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our people, property, and reputation around the world.
• Reporting to the GSOC Supervisor, the Analyst will monitor various screens in a GSOC environment and utilize a range of tools including access control and alarm monitoring systems, business intelligence sources, open-source media, internet, and in-house tools to detect, analyze, and alert others of any incidents that may impact the company\xe2\x80\x99s people, products, property, or reputation.
• The Analyst will investigate alarms, field calls from employees, contractors, law enforcement, and customers globally, monitor travel safety, conduct ongoing review of multiple systems and sources to detect potential risks, review CCTV for investigative purposes, manage and coordinate crisis situations, and utilize incident management technology to track and document incident details and response.
• The Analyst will also execute special projects as designated by management, provide back-up, support, and on-call function as needed, and manage and regularly update distribution lists for advisories and other communications as directed by the GSOC Manager.

• 2 years+ experience in a corporate security environment.
• The ideal candidate will have strong customer service abilities and experience, excellent attention to detail, agility to learn new software and systems, strong verbal and written communication skills, and be self-motivated, curious, and knowledgeable about news and current events.
• The Analyst must be able to work flexible shifts within a 24/7 GSOC and have a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent, the ability to read, write, and speak clearly in English, strong Microsoft Office skills, previous SOC or dispatching experience preferred, and experience working with online translations tools with international customers preferred.
