Your background
Bachelors Degree and having MBA a plus

Experienced and dynamic person with minimum 4 years of relevant experience.

Previous Business Analysis background.

Essential Skills (Technical / Business Domain / Soft skills)

Significant experience with SDLC methodologies, Waterfall, Agile, SCRUM, SAFe

Proven ability to manage requirement discussions of complex, integration projects in a matrix organization.

Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence

Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus and achieve objectives

Sound knowledge of the Banking domain: e.g. deposits, payments, receivables, liquidity management, trade finance, commercial loans, credit management, FX.

Experience working with product and service vendors, and with the onshore-offshore delivery model.

Ability to influence & work with regional and global partners/stakeholders to drive the program forward.

Execution and result oriented. Aptitude for critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making.

Stay abreast of latest technology and industry trends.

Be the change agent to influence and drive transformation: e.g. DevOps, Agile development.

Strong communications skill set written and verbal

Team-building skills with technical and non-technical staff

What you can expect
This role requires highly motivated professional to play an active role within the Global Banking Technology with main focus area being India Payment Digitization & India regulatory ecosystem.

Ensure that risk, security, and other compliance deliverables are completed on-time and per requirements for the applications they support

Assist with audit exams and risk assessments for the applications

Assess business requirements and help to formulate solutions to meet these needs.

Work with the business to assess change and ensure business readiness strategies are in place to support these changes.

Create and manage technical work stream and project plans feeding into the overall programme of work.

Assist with UAT script preparation and ensure the test environment is ready for the test team to execute UAT in.

Prepare implementation plans for the launch of the products.

Work with Business Partners, Development managers, leads, Risk functions to provide status reporting on the overall status of the LOB.

What you will do
The Business Analyst is an individual contributor working with multiple teams at the team or program level.

Leverage domain and technical expertise to set direction and drive project execution. Foresee and proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies.

Work with business, operations, internal technology, and project delivery.

Responsible for a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of businesses across Treasury and Trade primarily involving existing as well as emerging India Regulatory clearing schemes.

Act as the primary liaison between the vendor and internal technology teams.

Manage stakeholder expectations with respect to scope, deliverables, and timelines.

Actively participate in the technical architecture and design.

Report on delivery success criteria results, metrics, test, and deployment management activities.

Act as an internal quality control check for delivery ensuring that milestones are implemented with a strategic mindset
