J o b Purpose: The Cash Processing Team supports and delivers transactional payment services that are provided to our corporate customers, which include: Responsible for processing and managing regular payment of fee and invoice of funds. Responsible for posting and keeping record of capital activity movement (Subscription & Redemption orders) for funds. Candidate should possess knowledge of cash and payment related transaction workflow. Should be able to understand distribution dates to validate and pay distribution amount across open ended funds. Responsible for reconciliation and identification of unclaimed monies for open ended funds and reissue appropriately. Periodic review of standard operating process (\'SOP\') document and highlighting necessary changes required to senior member. Candidate should possess in depth knowledge and understanding of Depository services and record keeping of fund\'s assets Responsible for maintaining an inventory of other assets which are not held at custodian. Responsible for verifying and keeping track on ownership of other assets. Responsible for out of bank reconciliation for other assets such as Derivatives instrument, Private Equity, Direct Property, Mutual funds, Money market instrument etc. Responsible for validating and reconciliation of notional amount/share par of other assets are up to date and accurate. Responsible for reconciliation of cash/assets of other asset instrument not held at custody and resulting breaks are investigate/escalated and follow up to conclusion. Coordinating with both internal and external stakeholder or clients to gather, disseminate, and resolve basic information about fund\'s transactions. Interacts with Onshore parties in answering question and resolving inquiries. Assisting in resolving queries/technical issues where appropriate. Escalates complex transaction to senior team members. Contributes to the achievement of team objectives. Knowledge of Nexen, Invest One, Geneva platform is an advantage. The Job holder is expected to organize and prioritize their own work and ensure that all tasks and queries allocated to them are completed accurately, correctly, and within the given timeframe. Interactions with internal and external clients should be approached with an open and honest communication style. It is expected that the job holder will adequately research, analyze and understand any issues in order to propose and deliver an appropriate solution should the need arise.
